Free website checks for people who look after a website but aren't technical: a store owner, a club secretary, a school office.
What we do
- We find broken links, missing pictures, accessibility problems and site faults.
- Every problem says what's wrong, where, how soon to fix it, and what to tell your web person.
- Guides explain error messages, the accessibility rules and how to look after a website, in plain words.
How we work
- Free. No ads, no tracking scripts, nothing sold.
- In beta. We're still building it, so tell us when something looks wrong.
- Honest. No checker finds every problem, and now and then one flags something that's fine. Ours included. When we get one wrong, we fix the check. We never call a site "compliant".
- Careful with other sites. Our checker reads robots.txt, asks for one page a second and names itself.
