Email signature

Every email you send is a small ad. Fill in what you want, copy it, and paste it into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.

Your signature

  • Gmail

    Settings (the cog) › See all settings › Signature › Create new, paste, then Save changes at the bottom.

  • Outlook

    Settings › Account › Signatures › + New signature, give it a name, paste, then Save.

  • Apple Mail

    Mail › Settings › Signatures, pick your account, click +, name it, and paste into the preview on the right.

Made on your computer; nothing is sent to us.

How to use it

  1. Fill in your details. The signature below changes as you type.
  2. Press Copy signature.
  3. Open your email's signature settings (steps below) and paste.
  4. Send yourself an email to check it looks right.
