What's my screen size?
Updated Oct 8, 2026
Your browser measured your screen just now. Resize the window or turn your phone and the numbers change.
Measuring…
What each number means
Sizes are in pixels, the tiny dots that make up a screen. Browsers count in their own pixels, so these can differ from the numbers on the box your screen came in.

Why your web person asks for it
- A page looks wrong on your screen but fine on theirs. Your window size lets them see what you see.
- Websites change their layout at certain widths. A window a little narrower than theirs can get the phone layout on a computer.
- Zooming in makes a page behave like a narrower screen, so the zoom matters as much as the screen.
Looking after a website? Screen sizes shows your page at a phone's, a tablet's and a laptop's width, side by side, and our guide Squarespace or Wix mobile view looks bad? covers the usual fixes.
Helping someone fix a problem?
- My setup puts your screen size with your browser, device and settings in one link for whoever's helping you.
- What's my IP address? shows the address websites see for your internet connection.
How to use it
- Your sizes are at the top of this page. They change as you resize the window or turn your phone.
- Press Copy these sizes.
- Paste them into an email or message to whoever is helping you, from the computer or phone that has the problem.
When to use it
- A website looks wrong on your screen but fine on your web person's.
- Someone building or fixing your site asks what screen you use.
- You're making a banner or picture and want to know how wide your screen is.
Why it matters
- "My laptop" can mean a dozen sizes. Exact numbers let your helper see what you see.
- Your zoom changes the layout as much as your screen does, and this shows both.
